The Agra–Gwalior Greenfield Access-Controlled Highway represents a defining milestone in Savi Infra’s journey, marking our first major infrastructure venture beyond Maharashtra and establishing our presence across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Undertaken in association with G R Infraprojects Ltd., this prestigious national highway development involves the deployment of Graviloft, Highzenith and Hybrid Retention Systems, with retaining heights ranging from 2 m to 15 m. The technologies are being implemented across diverse applications, including main carriageway and service road ramps, vehicular underpasses (VUPs) and bridge approaches. The extensive project corridor, varying retaining heights and diverse site conditions demand adaptable engineering solutions capable of addressing complex structural requirements while maintaining construction economy.

With multiple work fronts and demanding execution schedules, the project calls for a combination of innovative structural design, efficient resource utilisation and streamlined construction methodologies. Leveraging our portfolio of patented and advanced retention technologies, Savi Infra is delivering tailored engineering solutions to address the varying structural and geotechnical requirements along the highway corridor. The integration of Graviloft, Highzenith and Hybrid Retention Systems enables efficient retention across a wide range of heights and site conditions, optimising structural footprints, material consumption and construction requirements. Each technology is supported by a purpose-developed construction methodology, ensuring that engineering innovation translates into practical, efficient and repeatable on-site execution. Since the commencement of construction in September 2026, substantial progress has already been achieved, reflecting the effectiveness of our streamlined processes and experienced execution teams. Beyond its technical significance, the project represents a major step in Savi Infra’s geographical expansion, demonstrating our capability to undertake large-scale infrastructure developments beyond our established markets. As work progresses, the Agra–Gwalior Greenfield Highway stands as a testament to our commitment to advancing India’s transportation infrastructure through engineering innovation, accelerated execution and dependable structural performance.
